jillvo Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jillvo" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jillvo.org and any associated mobile browser interface.
• "Platform" means the jillvo website, its software, games, sportsbook, cashier, and all related services and features.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses jillvo for the purpose of gaming or sports betting.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration on jillvo.
• "Funds" means all deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, winnings, and any other monetary value held in or transacted through a Player's Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive offered by jillvo to a Player under specific promotional terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be bet before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the jillvo platform for Bangladesh-based players.

References to a statute or statutory provision include any modification, amendment, or re-enactment of that statute. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Access to jillvo is restricted to eligible individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. jillvo operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or trust.
• You have not previously been excluded from jillvo or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You are not accessing jillvo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence at the time of registration or during play.

Each Player may hold only one Account on jillvo. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any Funds held therein, and a permanent ban from the platform. jillvo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jillvo will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify jillvo immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jillvo's support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been compromised.
• Any activity carried out through your Account while your credentials are active — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to jillvo in a timely manner.

jillvo employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all sessions and applies industry-standard security protocols to protect player data and funds. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and players are encouraged to exercise their own reasonable precautions.

jillvo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, subject to jillvo's fraud prevention checks.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• jillvo does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals via mobile wallet. Card transaction fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
• All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method that was previously used for a deposit on the same account, in accordance with jillvo's anti-money laundering obligations.
• jillvo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

jillvo offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on jillvo unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific offer expressly permits multiple claims.
• jillvo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period as stated in each offer's individual terms. Unused bonus funds will be removed from the account upon expiry without notice.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering or may contribute less than 100% toward meeting a wagering requirement. Check the specific promotion terms for the applicable game contribution rates.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum bonus bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

jillvo provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets operated by third-party game studios and data providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider and displayed within the game interface.

• All game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. jillvo does not manipulate game outcomes.
• For live casino games, the outcome of each round is determined in real time by the live dealer and the physical game equipment used in the studio. jillvo is not responsible for stream interruptions caused by the player's internet connection.
• For sports betting, jillvo follows standard industry rules for settlement of markets. In the event of a dispute, jillvo's decision on settlement is final.
• jillvo reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, where a market was offered in error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by jillvo at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, jillvo will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly in accordance with the game provider's standard rules. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jillvo. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately, all funds may be forfeited, and jillvo reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by jillvo.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information about live hands or events in progress, or otherwise acting in bad faith to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing. Players who discover such errors must report them to jillvo immediately and must not exploit them.
• Opening more than one Account on jillvo, or opening a new Account after a previous Account has been suspended or closed by jillvo.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any subsequent interaction with jillvo.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, including sharing credentials with family members or friends.
• Accessing jillvo using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to obscure your true location or identity.

jillvo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible directly from the Account settings area.

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on jillvo and to seek professional support. jillvo's support team can be contacted at [email protected] to request the immediate activation of a self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jillvo's support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.

• jillvo reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of a suspension or closure for cause, jillvo may retain any funds in the account pending the outcome of an investigation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jillvo will notify the player by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
• Any bonus funds remaining in an account at the time of closure — whether player-initiated or jillvo-initiated — will be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillvo shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jillvo's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that player during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillvo does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, and civil unrest — may affect platform availability. jillvo shall not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

All content on jillvo — including but not limited to the jillvo brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of jillvo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jillvo content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to jillvo for display on the platform.

jillvo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on jillvo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillvo will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and law enforcement agencies where required by law.

jillvo aims to resolve all player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the jillvo platform, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: Contact jillvo's customer support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected], providing your account details and a clear description of your complaint.
• Step 2: jillvo will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your complaint in writing to jillvo's complaints review team at the same email address, marking the subject line as "Formal Escalation".
• Step 4: jillvo will provide a final written decision within 10 business days of receiving a formal escalation.

jillvo's decision on any complaint related to game outcomes, bet settlement, or bonus eligibility is final, where those decisions are supported by verifiable game logs and system records.

jillvo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillvo will notify players by displaying a notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending an email to the address registered to the affected account.

Your continued use of jillvo following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation or localised version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
